Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) box Feta & Spinach or your favorite variety of Mrs. T's® Pierogies
  • 1 cup green and red pepper strips
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a 12-inch skillet and sauté pierogies with onions for 8 minutes.
  • Add the green and red pepper strips and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
