1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Mrs. T’s Pierogies National Pierogy Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 8, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Ateeco Inc. D/B/A Mrs. T’s Pierogies (the “Sponsor”), HUNTER (“Agency”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, governors, owners, partners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, dealers, licensors, agents, suppliers, and independent contractors (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (defined as spouses, parents, siblings and children and anyone else residing in their same household) are not eligible for the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post about the Sweepstakes on Instagram (the “Post”). To participate, (i) find the Post and comment with your first, middle, and/or last name (“name”) but with a “y” replacing an “i” in your name or by adding a “y” to your name (i.e., if your name is Kim, you would change it to Kym or if your name is Joe, you would change it to Joey) and pledge to change your name if you’re randomly selected as the winner (The winner will not be required to legally change their name unless they choose to do so. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs/fees associated with a legal name change), (ii) follow @mrstspierogies on Instagram, (iii) like the Post, and (iv) include the hashtags #PierogywithaYsweepstakes in order to gain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You must have a non-private Instagram account to enter the Sweepstakes and be able to receive Direct Messages. If you do not have a Instagram account, you may create one for free at www.Instagram.com. Entries must comply with Instagram Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/termsofuse). Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. ENTRY GUIDELINES: To be eligible, the entry must be complete and in English.  Any entry that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, or is otherwise objectionable, contains any logos or trademarked material (except for Sponsor-owned content), content that is illegal, dangerous or unsuitable for advertising, or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but, not limited to, rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity will not be considered and may disqualify the entrant. Any entry not in compliance with the above and that does not meet the Sweepstakes requirements will be disqualified. Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned and Sponsor reserves the right to use the entry in any way they see fit for marketing and advertising purposes. No information regarding entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules will be disclosed.

1. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prize winner will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period on or about two business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Random drawing will be conducted by the Agency, whose decisions are final on all matters related to the drawing. The odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

1. GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):  One (1) check for ten thousand dollars ($10,000) made payable to the Grand Prize winner and a Pierogy Prize Pack. ARV of the Grand Prize is $10,050. All applicable federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the prize are winner’s sole responsibility. Allow 4 to 12 weeks from prize winner verification for delivery of prize. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: Potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility. Potential winner will be notified via Direct Message (“DM”) to their Instagram handle and will be required to supply their actual first and last name, email address and date of birth, within 48 hours after DM is sent or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any DM as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be notified. The potential Grand Prize winner will then be contacted via email and will be required to sign and return via email/email link, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release and assignment of Rights (collectively, “Declaration”), within 48 hours of notification in order to be confirmed as the Grand Prize winner. If Sponsor is unable to reach the potential winner via DM, or if potential winner does not want to accept the prize or does not return the Declaration in the timeframe specified, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected and notified as stated above. Return of prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection [up to a maximum of three (3) alternates] as described above. Potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Agency, and verification of potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated prize. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computer or web-enabled device relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes.

8. GENERAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Agency, which are final and binding in all aspects. Winner agrees to the use of their name (and changed name) and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now known or otherwise developed without further compensation or review, including a winner list, unless prohibited by law.  In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and all media/medium) contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone incompatibility or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the software, products, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of (or failure to process) the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in connection with the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winner’s Instagram account will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information, or eligibility for the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; is suspected of cheating, fraud, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any entrant who is cheating or suspected of cheating or who uses or is suspected of using fraudulent means, unauthorized entry methods, or otherwise attempts to participate with multiple Instagram accounts, identities, email and/or addresses will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to such action. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant/winner agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities and Instagram will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be released and held harmless by entrant for any threatened or actual claims, actions and liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, name change, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes or in any related activity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents and agree to be bound thereto.

9. MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Pennsylvania, having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof.

10. PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy of the Sponsor. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor through entry, or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

11. WINNER LIST: For the names of the Winners, available after November 8, 2025, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by November 28, 2025, to: Mrs. T’s Pierogies National Pierogy Day Sweepstakes (Attn: NR), 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.
