Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 6 Mrs. T’s Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 celery stalks, cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup carrot sticks or baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 small apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup mini pretzels

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies and cook, turning occasionally, until golden-brown, heated through and tender, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. To a divided lunch container or bento box, add mini pierogies, celery sticks, carrot sticks, ranch dressing, apple slices, berries and pretzels to each section.
  4. Close box and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
