Ingredients:
- 6 Mrs. T’s Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies, frozen
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 celery stalks, cut into sticks
- 1/2 cup carrot sticks or baby carrots
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 small apple, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
- 1/4 cup mini pretzels
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies and cook, turning occasionally, until golden-brown, heated through and tender, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- To a divided lunch container or bento box, add mini pierogies, celery sticks, carrot sticks, ranch dressing, apple slices, berries and pretzels to each section.
- Close box and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
