Ingredients:
- 20 Mrs. T’s® Classic Onion Pierogies
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- 1 pound leftover roasted turkey, thinly sliced, or 1 pound deli-sliced, oven-roasted turkey breast
- 3 slices Gouda cheese, quartered
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce or jellied cranberry sauce
Directions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, add the pierogies and cook, turning halfway though, until crisp, light golden-brown and fully heated through, about 8 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Top half of the pierogies evenly with turkey slices, cutting each slice in half, if needed, to fit. Top with cheese, cranberry sauce and remaining pierogies. Secure with toothpicks. Serve and enjoy
