Cranberry and Brie Pierogy Bites

Ingredients:
  • 2 boxes Mrs. T’s® Pierogies 4 Cheese Medley
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel brie, cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to broil. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, add the pierogies and cook, turning halfway though, until crisp, light golden-brown and fully heated through, about 8 minutes.
  3. Transfer pierogies to the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Top pierogies evenly with brie, and broil until melted, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Top pierogies evenly with cranberry sauce and rosemary sprigs. Serve and enjoy.
  5. Tip: For a spicy kick, top bites with pickled jalapeno slices.
