Ingredients:
- 1 bag Mrs. T’s® Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies (Family Size)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 large red bell peppers, sliced into strips
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into squares and rectangles
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, add the pierogies and cook, turning halfway though, until crisp, light golden-brown and fully heated through, about 8 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Arrange pierogies in the shape of a snowman on a large serving board. Place olives on the snowman to resemble eyes and mouth. Place 3 cherry tomato halves down the body of the snowman to resemble buttons.
- Cut cheddar into an elongated triangle to resemble a snowman nose.
- Place cheddar nose on snowman. Arrange a yellow bell pepper square and rectangle above the snowman to resemble a top hat. Place the remaining cherry tomato and 2 small sprigs of rosemary on the top hat to resemble a holly branch. Place red bell pepper strips around the neck of the snowman to resemble a scarf.
- Decorate the board with rosemary sprigs and serve.
