- 3:00 PM: Event doors open at FedEx Great Hall
- 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Meet and Greet with Charlie Batch
- 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Snacks, Beverages & Games in East Concourse
- 4:25 PM: Kick-off of our favorite team on the big screens
- 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Two (2) VIP guests viewing the game with Charlie Batch
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Pierogy Bar Dinner and Desserts, and Halftime Raffle Winners Announced
- 8:00 PM: Event Ends
