Ingredients:
        - 1 1lb box of Mrs. T's Broccoli & Cheddar Pierogies
 - 2 tbsp salted butter
 - 2 tbsp flour
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 1 1/4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 cup cubed ham
 - Olive oil
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
 - Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish, place pierogies in one single layer, and then brush them with olive oil.
 - Bake pierogies on 400ºF for 12 minutes.
 - While the pierogies are baking, melt butter in a pan on medium low heat. Then, add flour and stir until it forms a roux.
 - Pour in whole milk, 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, salt, pepper, and onion powder, and stir until combined. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese sauce slightly thickens.
 - Take the pierogies out of the oven, pour the cheese sauce on top of the pierogies. Then, toss the cubed ham on top, along with 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese.
 - Broil on high for 6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
