Tip: If you prefer not to use aluminum foil, cook pierogies on a grill pan or perforated grill skillet placed directly on the grill.

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Mrs. T’s® Classic Onion Pierogies, frozen
  • 1 box Mrs. T’s® American Cheese Pierogies, frozen
  • 1 box Mrs. T’s® Loaded Baked Potato Pierogies, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 pounds store-bought barbecue pulled pork, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups store-bought coleslaw
  • 1 cup dill pickle chips

Directions

  1. Line grill grates with a large sheet of aluminum foil to prevent pierogies from falling through. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place each flavor of frozen pierogies into separate bowls and toss each with 1 tablespoon of oil until evenly coated.
  2. Working in batches if necessary, place pierogies on grill grates and close grill lid. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until pierogies are crisp, light golden-brown, and fully heated through, making sure to keep each flavor separate from one another. Repeat with remaining pierogies.
  3. Working with one flavor at a time, top half the grilled pierogies with a few tablespoons of pulled pork, a few teaspoons of coleslaw and 1 pickle chip., Then top with the remaining pierogies to form sliders, keeping each flavor separate. Skewer each slider with a toothpick and serve.
