Breakfast Pierogies Sampler

- 1 box Mrs. T’s Loaded Baked Potato Pierogies
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Seasoned salt, to taste
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 4 slices bread
- Favorite fruit
- Favorite breakfast meat
- Over medium-high heat melt butter in a large skillet and sauté pierogies according to package directions.
- Sprinkle pierogies with seasoned salt and fresh parsley.
- While pierogies are cooking, cook scrambled eggs and toast bread.
- Slice and prepare fruit.
- Sauté breakfast meat of choice.
- Layer all breakfast sampler ingredients on a large cutting board before serving family style.
