Ingredients:
  • 1 1lb box Mrs. T’s Full Sized 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 6 oz prosciutto, sliced thin
  • 6 fresh figs, quartered
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze, drizzled
  • Basil, garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the pierogies on a baking tray and bake them for 18-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  2. Once cooked, top each pierogy with a torn piece of burrata cheese, a slice of prosciutto, two quartered figs, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  3. Garnish with basil.
  4. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
