  • 2 boxes of Mrs. T's® 4 Cheese Medley Mini Pierogies
  • Olive oil
  • 25 pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8oz burrata cheese
  • 1/3 cup pickled red onions
  • 1 tbsp hot honey

Directions

  1. Add pierogies onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil onto the pierogies and add pepperoni slices on top. Bake on 400ºF for 18 minutes.
  2. Remove pierogies from the oven and top with grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Slice burrata cheese into bite-size pieces and add to pierogies. Then, top with pickled red onions and drizzle with hot honey.
