Cheesy Beef & Pierogy Casserole

  • 1 2lb Family Size bag Mrs. T's 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Brown ground beef in a pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Then, add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Evenly spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce in the bottom of a baking pan. Then, add the pierogies in an even layer. Top with the ground beef mixture and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Bake on 400º for 18 minutes.
