Ingredients:
        - 1 box Mrs. T's Pierogy Full Size Garlic & Parmesan Pierogies
- 1 24oz jar of your favorite marinara sauce
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into discs (approximately 1/4" thick)
- 6-8oz shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
- Italian seasoning for topping
- Fresh basil for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Pour 12oz of marinara sauce into a 9x13 pan and spread into an even layer with a spatula
- Place alternating rows of zucchini discs and pierogies, overlapping each layer to cover about 1/2 of the other. You should end up with 3 or 4 zucchini rows and 3 rows of pierogies
- Pour the remaining sauce over the pierogies and zucchini, and spread to cover (being sure all pierogies have sauce on them to avoid crunchy corners)
- Top 6-8oz of cheese and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted on top
- Serve with fresh basil and enjoy!
