Classic Pierogies with Kielbasa
- 1 box Sour Cream & Chive or your favorite variety of Mrs. T's® Pierogies
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa, sliced
- In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot butter, cook onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add pierogies and kielbasa; sauté pierogies 4 to 6 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until pierogies are golden brown and kielbasa is heated through.
