Greek-Style Pierogy Nachos

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb box of Mrs. T's Feta & Spinach Pierogies
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, for sautéing 
  • 1/3 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Persian cucumbers (or your favorite cucumber variety)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Sour cream, for topping
  • Fresh dill, for topping 

Directions

  1. Sauté pierogies in olive oil on medium heat for 8 minutes on both sides.
  2. While the pierogies are cooking, slice the grape tomatoes and cucumbers.
  3. Place the cooked pierogies on a serving dish and top with sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle sour cream and garnish with fresh dill.
