Mini Pierogy Meatball Parm Skewers

Ingredients:
  • 1 1lb box of Mrs. T's Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies
  • 27 mini frozen Italian meatballs
  • 18 mini whole milk mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • Fresh basil (36 small-medium sized leaves)
  • Parmesan cheese, for topping
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. In a pan on medium low heat, sauté pierogies in olive oil for 6 minutes on each side.
  2. While the pierogies are cooking, microwave mini meatballs and tomato sauce until heated through.
  3. Remove pierogies from pan and begin skewering pierogies, meatballs, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.
  4. Top with parmesan cheese before serving.
