Pierogies with Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Mrs. T’s® Loaded Baked Potato Pierogies
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed kettle cooked chips
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

  1. Combine the sour cream mayonnaise, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley together in a medium bowl. Fold in the dill pickles and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with additional dill, pickles and potato chips.
  2. Heat oil to 375°F in a large Dutch-oven or electric fryer. Fry the pierogies until crisp, light golden-brown, and fully heated through, about 4 minutes.
  3. Serve pierogies with pickle dip, and enjoy.
