Sheet Pan Pierogies with Shredded Rotisserie Chicken, Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients:
  • 1 2lb Family Size bag of Mrs. T's Classic Cheddar Pierogies
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. On a sheet pan, add pierogies, broccoli, and carrots. Toss, spray or brush pierogies will oil before baking.
  4. Bake on 400º for 18 minutes.
  5. While that’s baking, mix together warmed, shredded chicken and ranch dressing.
  6. When the pierogies and vegetables are done, serve with the ranch chicken and enjoy.
