Sizzling Pierogy Skillet
- 1 box Feta & Spinach or your favorite variety of Mrs. T's® Pierogies
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup green and red pepper strips
- 1 cup sliced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a 12-inch skillet and sauté pierogies with onions for 8 minutes.
- Add the green and red pepper strips and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
