  3. Give Family-Favorite Ingredients A New Life: My son, like so many other kids, tends to eat the same foods over . . . and over.  So instead of forcing him to try something new, I mix up how I prepare the ingredients he really loves.  
  4. Quality Time Can Be a Big Adventure or At-Home Activity: When trying to create core memories for the family, the things you do together can be anything from activities in the comfort of your own home to time spent in the great outdoors.
